After school clubs 27^th – 31^st March 2023

There are no clubs running next week due to parent meetings.

Breakfast club

A reminder that breakfast club closes for entry at 8.25. If you wish to take advantage of the free breakfast club element children MUST arrive between 8.20 and 8.25. NO BREAKFAST CAN BE SERVED AFTER 8.30. We have a number of children arriving not booked in throughout the club opening times and many arriving after 8.30 expecting a full breakfast. Unfortunately, we do not have time to serve breakfast and clear ready for the school day in that timeframe especially when the club is busy. 

Children must be booked into the service – bookings help us know how many staff we need to supervise children in breakfast club and helps the cook know how much food to supply. Please book in advance through the booking system on Schoolgateway. Booking will open from tomorrow for the summer term – please book for either the paid and free elements of the club.

Attendance 

We have a number of children arriving late in the mornings.  Arriving to school on time is vital.  Arriving late is not only disruptive to the child, but to other children in class. Being late can mean a child feels flustered and this disrupts the rest of the day making learning difficult. 

• Our doors open at 8.45
• Registration is between 8.50 and 9.00, arrival after 9.00 until 9.30 will result in a late mark. 
• Registers close at 9.30, arrival after this time will result in an absence mark.
